I ordered some WinFactory fuel rails with 1200cc injectors from driven authorities website. This transaction took place on march 22 and they charged my credit card for the full payment of it. I thought they were in stock and I would have the fuel rails and injectors in by the next week. A day later i got an email saying they were waiting for the fuel rails to be made from the machine shop and was told that they would be done the next friday. I agreed because I wasn't in that big of a hurry back then. I give them a call and find out that the machine shop is being "lazy" and not finishing the fuel rails. This goes on for about 2-3 weeks. Same excuses every time I call. Well this week was different. Beginning of the week I give them a call and hear good news that the rails are being picked up and they will have the shipped out on wednesday. Well i call on wednesday to see if they ever shipped out my fuel rails. My excuse that i got from them was "There in the boxes ready to be picked up from the shipper. We'll keep you updated." So i waited all day today waiting for an email from them about a tracking number for my fuel rails. No email or any updates from them. Most of the time i call them i get a busy tone. I'm getting ticked off about this because they have everything ready to be shipped there just waiting on the fuel rails. Either there being too lazy to care that i payed all that money and have yet to recieve anything from them or they are just lying to me again :\. I love all there products but this is getting really annoying. My car is waiting for these injectors and rails and its taking them ~6 weeks+ to get these things ready. Give me your feedback or if you've ever had problems with this company before.
